Satish Cuddapah, M.D.
Dr. Cuddapah earned his Doctorate at Northeastern Ohio University in 1997. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Holistic Health and Wellness. Dr. Cuddapah specializes in the treatment of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. He holds membership in both the Georgia Medical’s Medical Director. He lives in Alpharetta with his wife and three children.
Eric A. Cavaciuti, D.C.
Dr. Cavaciuti is a 1997 graduate of Life University. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Florida. He is certified in physiology, radiology, and manipulation under anesthesia. Dr. Cavaciuti is a member of the Georgia Council of Chiropractic. He lives in Kennesaw with his wife, Beverly, and sons Coleston and Christian.
Douglas Allen Cox, FNP-C
Born and raised in Detroit Michigan, Douglas attended Kennesaw State University while earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Science; along with graduating Magna Cum Laude. He attended Georgia State University earning his Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice in Family Nursing & Primary Care also graduating Magna Cum Laude. Douglas completed advance Cardiac Care Management with his internship at Emory University Hospital in Midtown. He worked on the Cardiac team where he specialized in Heart Catheterization, Acute Cardiac Syndrome and Congestive Heart Failure Management. In addition, he is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support with Emory University. He served in the US ARMY 97th Military Police Battalion and served with the Cobb County Police Department. He is married to his wonderful wife, Linda and they have two beautiful daughters, Kaydence & Cookie.
